VIPs

A diverse bunch of political VIPs graced the LBJ School these past two weeks. Newt Gingrich spoke about leadership challenges beyond the election, John Glenn discussed civility in politics, and James Baker III welcomed John Kerry, who delivered a lecture on the rule of law in international affairs. I had a chance to ask Senator Kerry a question about the increasingly bitter, partisan dynamics in the US Senate.
