Summited Crestone Peak, elevation 14,294 feet, on Sunday, July 24. It was the 100th anniversary of mountaineers Albert Ellingwood and Eleanor Davis summiting the peak and making the traverse to Crestone Needle. I had an excellent climbing partner in my friend Andrew.
